Developers end Support for Marvel’s Avengers
Welp, it finally happened true believers after 2 and a half years it seems that the developers want to close the doors on the helicarrier. As most of you have read our previous reviews and some public outcries, Square Enix’s Marvel’s Avengers didn’t get well received outside of the main story which was good. However, once you go into the online multi-player, things get a bit weird, greedy, and dull. There were many game issues that almost made it unplayable and then the worst part for the PlayStation owners was this grand exclusive promise of Spider-man. Once we got him, it was not all that great, especially with the limited game mechanics. But here is the announcement from the developers.
Marvel’s Avengers Shutting down:
I mean, that is all fine and good, but if the game still has bugs then what the point is? I would feel like some would say they want a refund after all that, especially for PC and PlayStation players. If you were lucky enough to play on Xbox through Game Pass, you saved money. Avengers could have been a great game with proper expansion and DLC. Honestly, it would have been better if we paid for the DLC instead of all these weird costumes that only got a repaint which is just lazy. Being that Bucky’s mission was the last DLC which was kind of meh. Hopefully, someone else can take up the mantle and give us a better experience.
That’s about it for that, sucks, but it was bound to happen sooner or later, but at least they did a good job with Guardians of the Galaxy. – Beast Out –
