A New Super Saiyan Sized Update for Dragon Ball Z Games Incoming

This is funny news coming in as a buddy of mine was just talking about there wasn’t any updates regarding Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot in a long time. Low and behold there is an e-mail from Bandai Namco Entertainment PR team letting us know that a Spirit Bomb of DLC is coming. Thankfully it won’t take 3 episodes to see the full impact of the details which we will share with you right now.

Super Sayian Sized Update for All Dragon Ball Games:

We are starting things off with Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 which is a fan MMORPG favorite. These new features that will be listed below will be available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 26th. The Stadia will be to follow later, but what is going to in this Capsule of details?

• The Supreme Kai of Time joins the DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 character roster

• One new mission and three new raid events have been added

• 10 new partner customizations and three new costumes/accessories available

• Nine new techniques are being added

• 13 new Super Souls available

• Ultimate Instinct Goku will be able to unleash a new skill called the Divine Kamehameha on his opponents

• New illustrations shown during load screens

• New mascots will come in three color variations

As quickly as that teaser was, not much else to say about the turtle hermit. Even though the teaser is short we do have some screenshots for you to see what else Roshi can do.

Finally Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Update

• Goku and Vegeta will be able to transform into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans

• Players will be able to use the Ultimate Kamehameha to deal damage both to direct and surrounding foes

• Official release timing and more details to come

Honestly, I wasn’t that much of a fan on how the first DLC was handled being that you had to go into the start menu and access it separately from the main game. That is quite unusual, why not just add an extra world or have some cinematic scene added where Beerus and Whis invade Earth for the first time. You don’t just drop the DLC and we have to go looking for it.
